ENTEGRE YÖNETİM SİSTEMLERİ POLİTİKASI

Adele İç ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş. olarak, yönetim sistemlerimizin sürekliliğini sağlamak amacıyla, kurmuş ve sürdürmekte olduğumuz tüm yönetim sistemleri (kalite, çevre, enerji) kapsamındaki ilkelerimiz ve politikalarımız aşağıdaki gibidir:

  1. Kalite, Çevre ve Enerji Yönetim Sistemleri bilincini tüm çalışanlarımıza aşılamak.
  2. Planlı faaliyetler ve takım çalışması ile tüm süreçlerimizi ve tüm hizmetlerimizi sürekli iyileştirmek. Süreç ve hizmetleri gerçekleştirirken; gerekli eğitimleri alarak ilgili sektörel, ulusal ve uluslararası mevzuatlara, yasalara ve diğer zorunluluklara tam uyum sağlamak.
  3. Tedarikçilerimizle karşılıklı faydaya dayalı ilişkiler kurmak.
  4. Çevre ve enerji performansını iyileştirmek amacıyla çevre ve enerji verimliği yüksek ürün ve hizmetleri tedarik etmek, enerji performansının iyileştirilmesi için tasarım faaliyetlerini desteklemek.
  5. Kalite, Çevre ve Enerji Yönetim Sistemleri çerçevesinde müşteri odaklı olarak imal ettiğimiz ürünlerimizi zamanında ve hatasız şekilde teslim ederek tüm müşterilerimizin memnuniyetini artırmak.
  6. Çevreyle ilgili uygunluk yükümlülükleri doğrultusunda; kuruluşumuzun faaliyetlerine göre çevre boyutlarını belirlemek ve bunları kontrol etmek, sürekli gelişmeyi destekleyerek sürdürülebilir kaynak kullanımını teşvik etmek.
  7. Kirliliğin önlenmesini sağlamak.
  8. Doğal kaynakların ve enerjinin verimli kullanılmasını sağlayarak; enerji, su, yakıt tüketimini ve atık miktarlarını azaltmak.
  9. Çalışanlarımızın çevre ve enerji yönetim sistemi bilincini artırmak amacıyla eğitimler düzenleyerek çevre yönetimi performansını sürekli iyileştirmek.
  10. Entegre Yönetim Sistemleri Politikası’na uygun hedefler belirlemek ve bu hedeflere ulaşmak için gerekli bilgi ve kaynakları sürdürülebilir şekilde sağlamak ve yönetmek.
  11. Enerji verimliliğini esas almak suretiyle, tüm faaliyetlerimizde ve tüm süreçlerimizde enerji tüketimini azaltmak ve enerji verimliliğini artırmak.
  12. Kuruluşumuzun tasarım ve modernizasyonunda, kuruluşumuzun tüm süreçlerinde enerji verimliliği yüksek teknolojiler kullanmak.
  13. Entegre Yönetim Sistemleri konusunda tüm çalışanlarımızı bilinçlendirerek ve tüm paydaşlarımızla etkili iletişim kurarak ortak hedeflere ulaşmayı sağlamak.
  14. Enerji ve Çevre Yönetim Sistemi’mizi, Enerji ve Çevre Performansımızı; sürekli olarak iyileştirmek, dokümante etmek, güncel tutmak ve sürdürülebilir kılmak için faaliyetleri yürütmek.

Yukarıda belirtilen tüm ilkelere ve politikalara tümüyle bağlı kalacağımızı, bunların uygulanmasını ve sürekliliğini üst yönetimden tüm çalışanlara kadar taahhüt ederiz.

INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS POLICY

As Adele İç ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş., Our principles and policies within the scope of all management systems (quality, environment, energy) that we have established and maintain in order to ensure the continuity of our management systems are as follows:

  1. To instill awareness of Quality, Environment and Energy Management Systems in all our employees.
  2. To continuously improve all our processes and all our services through planned activities and team work. While performing processes and services; To ensure full compliance with relevant sectoral, national and international legislation, laws and other obligations by receiving the necessary training.
  3. Establishing mutually beneficial relationships with our suppliers.
  4. To procure products and services with high environmental and energy efficiency from suppliers in order to improve environmental and energy performance, and to support design activities to improve energy performance.
  5. To increase the satisfaction of all our customers by delivering our products, which we produce with a customer-oriented goal, on time and without errors, within the framework of Quality, Environment and Energy Management Systems.
  6. In line with environmental compliance obligations; To determine and control environmental aspects according to the activities of our organization, to encourage sustainable resource use by supporting continuous development.
  7. To ensure the prevention of pollution.
  8. By ensuring efficient use of natural resources and energy; Reducing energy, water, fuel consumption and waste amounts.
  9. To continuously improve environmental management performance by organizing trainings in order to increase our employees’ awareness of the environment and energy management system.
  10. To set targets in accordance with the Integrated Management Systems Policy and to sustainably provide and manage the information and resources necessary to achieve these goals.
  11. To reduce energy consumption and increase energy efficiency in all our activities and all processes, based on energy efficiency.
  12. To use energy efficient technologies in the design and modernization of our organization and in all processes of our organization.
  13. To ensure the achievement of common goals by raising awareness of all our employees about Integrated Management Systems and establishing effective communication with all our stakeholders.
  14. To carry out activities to continuously improve our Energy and Environmental Management System and our Energy and Environmental Performance, document it, keep it updated and make it sustainable.

We undertake to fully adhere to all the principles and policies mentioned above, and to ensure their implementation and continuity, from senior management to all employees.
